Equipment

  • high-speed blender

Ingredients

Mixed Berry Smoothie:

  • 1 banana peeled
  • 2 cups frozen mixed berries
  • cup Greek yogurt
  • cup orange juice
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk

Oatmeal Berry Smoothie:

  • cup old fashioned oats

Peanut Butter Berry Smoothie:

  • 1 ½ tablespoons peanut butter

Spinach Berry Smoothie:

  • 1 handful baby spinach

Instructions

  • In the base of a high-speed blender, combine the banana, mixed berries, yogurt, orange juice, and almond milk.
  • If you plan to make it a variation, add the oats, peanut butter, or spinach now. (Don't add all three!) If you plan to make the peanut butter berry smoothie, swap the orange juice with more almond milk.
  • Blend until thick, creamy, and smooth. If the smoothie is too thick, add a splash more almond milk and blend again.
  • Pour into glasses and enjoy!
