Mixed Berry Smoothie:
- 1 banana peeled
- 2 cups frozen mixed berries
- ⅓ cup Greek yogurt
- ⅓ cup orange juice
- ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
Peanut Butter Berry Smoothie:
- 1 ½ tablespoons peanut butter
In the base of a high-speed blender, combine the banana, mixed berries, yogurt, orange juice, and almond milk.
If you plan to make it a variation, add the oats, peanut butter, or spinach now. (Don't add all three!) If you plan to make the peanut butter berry smoothie, swap the orange juice with more almond milk.
Blend until thick, creamy, and smooth. If the smoothie is too thick, add a splash more almond milk and blend again.
Pour into glasses and enjoy!
