  • 2 cups frozen banana chunks about 2 large bananas
  • cup peanut butter
  • 2 scoops chocolate protein powder
  • 1 ½ tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 avocado pitted
  • ½ cup oats
  • 2 medjool dates pitted
  • 1/2 cup canned coconut milk
  • 3/4 cup whole milk or dairy-free milk
  • ¾ cup ice

Instructions
 

  • In the pitcher of a high-speed blender, combine the frozen bananas, peanut butter, protein powder, cocoa powder, avocado, oats, dates, coconut milk, whole milk, and ice.
  • Blend until creamy and smooth, adding more milk if necessary to achieve a pourable consistency.
