Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ cup frozen banana chunks
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter or nut butter
  • ¼ cup old fashioned oats
  • ½ cup milk of choice regular or plant-based
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • In the pitcher of a high-speed blender, combine the frozen bananas, peanut butter, oats, milk, and cinnamon.
  • Blend until creamy and smooth. At this point, the smoothie will be very thick. Add a splash more milk to thin it out and blend to incorporate.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!
