Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ lime
  • 1 cup loosely packed baby spinach
  • ¼ cup unsweetened Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup Granny Smith apple peeled, cored, and chopped
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple heaping
  • 1 banana peeled

Instructions
 

  • In the pitcher of a high-speed blender, combine the almond milk and a squeeze of fresh lime juice. Add the baby spinach, yogurt, banana, apple, and pineapple.
  • Blend until creamy and smooth.
  • Adjust the consistency as desired. If the smoothie is too thin, add a few more pieces of frozen pineapple. If the smoothie is too thick, add a splash more almond milk. Blend again to incorporate.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
