- ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
- ½ lime
- 1 cup loosely packed baby spinach
- ¼ cup unsweetened Greek yogurt
- 1 cup Granny Smith apple peeled, cored, and chopped
- 1 cup frozen pineapple heaping
- 1 banana peeled
In the pitcher of a high-speed blender, combine the almond milk and a squeeze of fresh lime juice. Add the baby spinach, yogurt, banana, apple, and pineapple.
Blend until creamy and smooth.
