Combine the banana, baby spinach, hemp hearts, frozen mango, frozen raspberries, orange juice, water, and honey.

Start the blender on low speed, then increase the speed to high. Blend until smooth.

Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately. Green smoothies are best enjoyed fresh.

SMOOTHIE VARIATIONS:

Add honey for extra sweetness or swap the orange juice with coconut water. 

Add three tablespoons of protein powder for a boost of protein.
