FROZEN SPINACH SMOOTHIE

Avocado

Orange juice

Banana

Almond milk

In the pitcher of a high-speed blender, combine the banana, avocado, orange juice, almond milk, frozen spinach, frozen pineapple, and frozen mango – in that order.

 Blend until creamy and smooth. The smoothie will be thick at this point. Add more almond milk, a little bit at a time, until it reaches a pourable consistency.

Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately. This spinach pineapple smoothie is best enjoyed fresh.

SMOOTHIE VARIATIONS:

Add a tablespoon of chia seeds for extra nutrients & omega 3 fatty acids.

Add a teaspoon or two of maple syrup or honey for extra sweetness. 

Use any plant based milk you like! Choose one with a mild flavor like almond milk.
