 In the pitcher of a high-speed blender, combine the tofu, banana, frozen strawberries, frozen pineapple, and milk – in that order. –

Blend until smooth and creamy. Check the consistency. If you like your smoothie thinner, add a splash more milk.

Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately. This strawberry tofu smoothie is best enjoyed fresh.

swap the strawberries with mango, cherries, or blueberries.

Add a teaspoon or two of maple syrup or honey for extra sweetness.
