Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium banana
  • ½ large Honeycrisp apple, cored If your apple is small, use all of it.
  • 1 ½ cups frozen pineapple
  • cup unsweetened Greek yogurt or unsweetened vegan yogurt
  • large handful of baby arugula or baby spinach
  • 1 navel orange
  • ½ lime
  • ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk

Instructions
 

  • In the base of a high-speed blender, combine the arugula, banana, apple, pineapple, yogurt, and almond milk.
  • Squeeze the navel orange over top of the blender so the juice falls into it. Repeat with the lime.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy! Enjoy immediately.
