- 1 medium banana
- ½ large Honeycrisp apple, cored If your apple is small, use all of it.
- 1 ½ cups frozen pineapple
- ⅓ cup unsweetened Greek yogurt or unsweetened vegan yogurt
- large handful of baby arugula or baby spinach
- 1 navel orange
- ½ lime
- ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk
In the base of a high-speed blender, combine the arugula, banana, apple, pineapple, yogurt, and almond milk.
Squeeze the navel orange over top of the blender so the juice falls into it. Repeat with the lime.
Blend until smooth and creamy! Enjoy immediately.
