- 2 cups frozen fruit For a creamier texture, use 3/4 of frozen banana and 1 1/4 cup of berries/fruit
- ½ cup liquid of choice Orange juice, milk, or almond milk are good options.
Place the fruit and liquid in the base of a high-speed blender.
Blend for a few seconds, then turn off the blender. Scrape down the sides of the blender and blend again for a few seconds.
Add a splash more liquid and blend. Repeat this process until the fruit begins to move with the blades and blend into a smooth but thick mixture.
