Ingredients
  

  • ¾ cup milk of choice plant-based or dairy
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon dark cocoa powder
  • cups frozen banana chunks (about 1 1/2 frozen bananas)

Instructions
 

  • In the pitcher of a high-speed blender, combine the milk, peanut butter, frozen bananas, and cocoa powder.
  • Blend until thick, creamy, and smooth. Adjust the consistency as desired. I like my smoothies on the thick side. If you like it thinner, add a splash more milk and blend for a few seconds to incorporate.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!
