Beetroot powder is a bright pink powder made from dried, ground beets! This beet powder smoothie is naturally sweet and full of antioxidants with no added sugar.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 banana peeled
  • ¼ cup unsweetened Greek yogurt
  • ¾ teaspoon beetroot powder See note
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • cup unsweetened almond milk
  • cup orange juice

Instructions
 

  • In a pitcher of a high-speed blender, combine the banana, yogurt, beetroot powder, frozen strawberries, frozen mango, almond milk, and orange juice - in that order.
  • Blend until very smooth and creamy!
  • Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately!

Notes

Note: Do NOT give beetroot powder to babies or infants! Beetroot powder is considered a supplement. Check with your doctor before using beetroot powder.
