Ingredients
  

  • 1 banana, peeled
  • cup nonfat Greek yogurt
  • cups frozen blackberries
  • ¾ cup apple juice
  • honey, to taste optional, See note

Instructions
 

  • In the pitcher of a high-speed blender, combine the banana, Greek yogurt, frozen blackberries, and apple juice.
  • Turn the blender on low speed, then gradually increase the speed to high. Blend until smooth.
  • Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy immediately.

Notes

* Blackberries are very tart! This smoothie is on the tarter side. If you prefer more sweetness, add a teaspoon or two of honey.
