A classic blackberry smoothie to perk you up! It's only four ingredients and takes 2 minutes to make. Blackberries are high in fiber, immune-boosting vitamin C, and antioxidants.

Instructions
In the pitcher of a high-speed blender, combine the banana, Greek yogurt, frozen blackberries, and apple juice.
Turn the blender on low speed, then gradually increase the speed to high. Blend until smooth.
Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy immediately.
Notes
* Blackberries are very tart! This smoothie is on the tarter side. If you prefer more sweetness, add a teaspoon or two of honey.
