Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup mango yogurt pineapple yogurt works too
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • ½ cup pineapple juice
  • ½ cup apple juice

Instructions
 

  • In your blender, combine the mango yogurt, frozen pineapple, frozen mango, pineapple juice, and apple juice.
  • Blend until smooth. If the smoothie's too thick, add a little bit more juice, and blend to incorporate.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!

Notes

  • For less sugar - Swap the mango yogurt with plain Greek yogurt or stevia-sweetened yogurt. Swap half of the juice with almond milk or cold water.
