Mixed Fruit Smoothie

This mixed fruit smoothie is only four ingredients! It's naturally sweet, creamy, and refined-sugar-free. Enjoy as-is or customize with your favorite mix-ins like yogurt or protein powder.

Equipment

  • high-speed blender

Ingredients
  

  • 1 banana peeled
  • 2 cups frozen mixed fruit Note 1
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk or plant-based milk of choice
  • ¼ cup orange juice or juice of choice

Instructions
 

  • In the pitcher of a high-speed blender, combine the banana, frozen mixed fruit, almond milk, and orange juice.
  • Start the blender on low speed, then gradually increase the speed to high. Blend until smooth.
  • Pour into two small glasses or one large glass and enjoy immediately!

Notes

Note 1: Any brand works great. Mine had peaches, strawberries, grapes, cherries, & pineapple.
