Ingredients
  

  • cup plain Greek yogurt
  • cups frozen strawberries
  • ¼ cup apple juice
  • ¼ cup white grape juice
  • ¾ teaspoon stevia in the raw See note
  • 2 teaspoons honey

Instructions
 

  • In the pitcher of a high-speed blender, combine the Greek yogurt, frozen strawberries, apple juice, white grape juice, stevia, and honey.
  • Start the blender on low speed, then increase the speed to high. Blend until smooth.
  • If the smoothie is too thick, add a splash more juice and blend to incorporate.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.

Notes

*Panera's strawberry smoothie is sweetened with juice and steviol glycosides (stevia). It is very sweet. If you prefer less sweetness, start with 1/4 teaspoon of stevia and add more as needed.
