Ingredients
  

  • 3 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
  • cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla protein powder
  • 1 frozen banana, cut into chunks
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • ¾ cup milk

Instructions
 

  • In the pitcher of your blender, combine the peanut butter, vanilla yogurt, vanilla protein, frozen banana, ice, and milk - in that order.
  • Start the blender on low speed, then gradually increase the speed to high. Blend until smooth. If the smoothie's too thick, add more milk, a little bit at a time until you reach the desired consistency.
  • Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately.
