  • blender

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 3 tablespoons vanilla protein powder
  • 1 pitted date Note 1
  • 1 frozen banana cut into chunks
  • 1 cup ice
  • ¾ cup milk of choice plant-based or dairy

Instructions

  • In the pitcher of your blender, combine the peanut butter, vanilla protein, date, frozen banana, ice, and milk.
  • Start the blender on low speed, then increase to high. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Notes

Note 1: For a sweeter smoothie, you can use two dates. Make sure your dates are soft, not hard. If your dates are hard, soak them in warm water for 5 minutes before using.
