- 2 tablespoons sliced almonds
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 frozen banana cut into chunks
- 1 cup ice cubes
- ⅔ cup cold water or unsweetened almond milk
In the pitcher of your blender, combine the date, protein powder, cinnamon, almonds, frozen banana, ice, and water - in that order.
