Ingredients
  

  • 1 pitted medjool date
  • 3 tablespoons vanilla protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons sliced almonds
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 frozen banana cut into chunks
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • cup cold water or unsweetened almond milk

Instructions
 

  • In the pitcher of your blender, combine the date, protein powder, cinnamon, almonds, frozen banana, ice, and water - in that order.
  • Start your blender on low speed, then gradually increase to high. Blend until smooth.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!
