- ½ cup pumpkin puree
- ¼ cup vanilla yogurt
- 3 tablespoons vanilla protein powder
- ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 2 pitted dates soaked for 5 minutes
- 1 frozen banana cut into chunks
- 1 cup ice cubes
- ¾ cup milk of choice
If your dates are hard, soak them in warm water for 5 minutes.
In the pitcher of your blender, combine the pumpkin, yogurt, protein powder, pumpkin pie spice, dates, frozen banana, ice, and milk.
Start the blender on low speed, then increase to high. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour into glasses and enjoy!
