Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup pumpkin puree
  • ¼ cup vanilla yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons vanilla protein powder
  • ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 pitted dates soaked for 5 minutes
  • 1 frozen banana cut into chunks
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • ¾ cup milk of choice

Instructions
 

  • If your dates are hard, soak them in warm water for 5 minutes.
  • In the pitcher of your blender, combine the pumpkin, yogurt, protein powder, pumpkin pie spice, dates, frozen banana, ice, and milk.
  • Start the blender on low speed, then increase to high. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour into glasses and enjoy!
