Ingredients
  

  • 1 Honeycrisp apple, cored and chopped (1 cup)
  • ¾ cup baby spinach, loosely packed
  • 1 frozen banana cut into chunks
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • ¼ cup apple juice
  • ¼ cup cold water

Instructions
 

  • In a high-speed blender, combine the apple, baby spinach, frozen banana, frozen mango, apple juice, and cold water.
  • Turn the blender on low speed, then increase the speed to high. Blend until smooth.
  • If the smoothie is too thick to pour, add a splash more liquid and blend again to incorporate.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!
