- 1 Honeycrisp apple, cored and chopped (1 cup)
- ¾ cup baby spinach, loosely packed
- 1 frozen banana cut into chunks
- 1 cup frozen mango chunks
- ¼ cup apple juice
- ¼ cup cold water
In a high-speed blender, combine the apple, baby spinach, frozen banana, frozen mango, apple juice, and cold water.
Turn the blender on low speed, then increase the speed to high. Blend until smooth.
If the smoothie is too thick to pour, add a splash more liquid and blend again to incorporate.
Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!
