- 1 large banana peeled
- 2 cups frozen strawberries
- ⅓ cup unsweetened almond milk or milk of choice
In the pitcher of your high-speed blender, add the banana, strawberries, and almond milk - in that order. Make sure to put the banana on the very bottom, closest to the blades.
Blend to incorporate. Once the mixture stops moving, stop the blender and scrape down the sides of the blender.
Blend again until thick and smooth. If the mixture isn't getting smooth, add a splash more almond milk and blend again.
Scoop the mixture into one large bowl or two small ones and add your favorite toppings. Enjoy immediately!
