Ingredients
  

  • 1 large banana peeled
  • 2 cups frozen strawberries
  • cup unsweetened almond milk or milk of choice

Instructions
 

  • In the pitcher of your high-speed blender, add the banana, strawberries, and almond milk - in that order. Make sure to put the banana on the very bottom, closest to the blades.
  • Blend to incorporate. Once the mixture stops moving, stop the blender and scrape down the sides of the blender.
  • Blend again until thick and smooth. If the mixture isn't getting smooth, add a splash more almond milk and blend again.
  • Scoop the mixture into one large bowl or two small ones and add your favorite toppings. Enjoy immediately!
