Ingredients
  

  • 1 banana peeled
  • 2 tablespoons hemp hearts
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla protein powder plant-based or regular*
  • cups frozen strawberries
  • ¾ cup unsweetened almond milk or milk of choice

Instructions
 

  • In the pitcher of your blender, combine the banana, hemp hearts, vanilla protein powder, frozen strawberries, and almond milk - in that order.
  • Start the blender on low speed, then gradually increase the speed to high. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
