Ingredients
  

  • 8 ounces silken tofu
  • 1 banana peeled
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk or milk of choice

Instructions
 

  • In the pitcher of a high-speed blender, combine the tofu, banana, frozen strawberries, frozen pineapple, and milk - in that order.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy. Check the consistency. If you like your smoothie thinner, add a splash more milk and blend again.
  • Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately!
