- 8 ounces silken tofu
- 1 banana peeled
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 cup frozen pineapple
- ½ cup unsweetened almond milk or milk of choice
In the pitcher of a high-speed blender, combine the tofu, banana, frozen strawberries, frozen pineapple, and milk - in that order.
Blend until smooth and creamy. Check the consistency. If you like your smoothie thinner, add a splash more milk and blend again.
Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately!
