This raspberry smoothie is packed with whole grains, protein, healthy fats, and essential vitamins.

Ingredients:

Banana

Frozen strawberries

Frozen raspberries

Chia seeds

Oats

Milk of choice

In the base of a high-speed blender, combine the banana, frozen berries, chia seeds, rolled oats, and milk.

Blend until thick, creamy, and smooth. Add a splash more liquid to thin it out and blend again.

Pour into a smoothie glass and enjoy immediately. Oatmeal smoothies are best enjoyed fresh!
