SMOOTHIE

This mango berry smoothie is a sweet and refreshing combo of mangoes, blueberries, and strawberries. It’s refined-sugar-free and makes a nutritious snack or breakfast!

Cold, refreshing, & nutritious!

Ingredients:

Banana

Frozen mango

Frozen strawberries

Frozen blueberries

Greek yogurt

Almond milk

Lime

– In the base of a high-speed blender, combine the banana, frozen blueberries, frozen strawberries, frozen mango, Greek yogurt, almond milk, and lime juice. –

Blend until thick and creamy! Add a splash more almond milk  to thin it out if necessary.

Pour into glasses and enjoy! Smoothies are best enjoyed fresh and cold.
