This mixed fruit smoothie is only four ingredients! It’s naturally sweet, creamy, and refined-sugar-free. Enjoy as-is or customize with your favorite mix-ins like yogurt or protein powder.

Any brand of mixed fruit works great! Mine had peaches, grapes, strawberries, and pineapple.

Ingredients:

Banana

Frozen mixed fruit

Orange juice

Almond milk

In the pitcher of a high-speed blender, combine the banana, frozen mixed fruit, almond milk, and orange juice.

Start the blender on low speed, then gradually increase the speed to high. Blend until smooth.

 Pour into two small glasses or one large glass and enjoy immediately!

This fruit smoothie is easy to customize! Add protein, oats, greens, or hemp hearts!
