  • 2 frozen bananas cut in half
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt plain or vanilla
  • ¾ cup milk of choice plant-based or regular

Instructions

  • Start the blender on low speed, then increase the speed to high. Blend until smooth. If the smoothie's too thick, add a splash more milk and blend to incorporate.
