Ingredients
  

  • 1 banana, peeled
  • 1 tablespoon hemp hearts
  • 1 cup baby spinach, loosely packed
  • cup frozen mango chunks
  • ¾ cup frozen raspberries
  • ½ cup orange juice
  • ¼ cup cold water
  • 1 teaspoon honey optional

Instructions
 

  • In the pitcher of a high-speed blender, combine the banana, baby spinach, hemp hearts, frozen mango, frozen raspberries, orange juice, water, and honey.
  • Start the blender on low speed, then increase the speed to high. Blend until smooth.
  • Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately. Green smoothies are best enjoyed fresh.
