- 1 banana, peeled
- 1 tablespoon hemp hearts
- 1 cup baby spinach, loosely packed
- 1¼ cup frozen mango chunks
- ¾ cup frozen raspberries
- ½ cup orange juice
- ¼ cup cold water
- 1 teaspoon honey optional
In the pitcher of a high-speed blender, combine the banana, baby spinach, hemp hearts, frozen mango, frozen raspberries, orange juice, water, and honey.
Start the blender on low speed, then increase the speed to high. Blend until smooth.
Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately. Green smoothies are best enjoyed fresh.
