Equipment

  • high-speed blender

Ingredients

  • 1 banana, peeled
  • 1 kiwi, peeled
  • ¾ cup baby spinach, loosely packed
  • 1 tablespoon hemp hearts
  • cups frozen mango chunks
  • ¼ cup passion fruit juice I used Cere's brand, see note
  • ½ cup cold water

Instructions

  • In the pitcher of a high-speed blender, combine the banana, kiwi, spinach, hemp hearts, frozen mango, water, and passion fruit juice.
  • Start the blender on low speed, then gradually increase the speed to high. Blend until smooth.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!

Notes

I use Cere's brand passion fruit juice blend. It tastes amazing and it's 100% juice. You can find it in the non-refrigerated juice aisle at well-stocked grocery stores. Avoid brands with added sugar like Welch's.
