- ½ banana, peeled
- ¼ avocado
- 1 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1 cup frozen peach chunks or frozen pineapple
- 1 cup loosely packed baby spinach
- ¼ cup 100% passion fruit juice blend I used Cere's brand
Combine the banana, avocado, frozen mango, frozen peaches, spinach, and passion fruit juice in a blender.
Turn the blender on low speed, then gradually increase the speed. If you're blender has a tamper, use it to push the fruit toward the blades. If the mixture stops moving, stop the blender and use a spatula to scrape down the sides of the blender.
Blend until smooth. Scoop the mixture into a bowl and serve with your favorite toppings.
