Ingredients
  

  • ½ banana, peeled
  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • cup frozen mixed berries
  • ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk

Instructions
 

  • In the pitcher of a high-speed blender, combine the banana, Greek yogurt, vanilla protein, peanut butter, frozen mixed berries, and almond milk.
  • Turn your blender on low speed, then gradually increase the speed to high. Stop the blender and scrape down the sides of the blender with a spatula. Blend again until smooth.
