Equipment

  • high-speed blender I used a Vitamix

Ingredients
  

  • ½ Honeycrisp apple, sliced
  • 4 broccoli florets
  • handful of baby spinach
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • ½ tablespoon hemp hearts
  • cup passion fruit juice I used Cere's 100% passion fruit juice blend, see note
  • ½ cup cold water

Instructions
 

  • In the pitcher of a high-speed blender, combine the apple slices, broccoli florets, baby spinach, frozen mango, frozen pineapple, hemp hearts, passion fruit juice, and water.
  • Turn the blender on low speed, then gradually increase the speed to high. If your blender has a tamp, you can use it to push the ingredients toward the blades. If the mixture is too thick, add a splash more cold water. Blend until smooth.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!

Notes

Note: Avoid brands with added sugar and look for brands that are 100% juice. I use Cere's 100% passion fruit juice blend. It's delicious!
