Ingredients
  

  • ½ banana, peeled
  • cups frozen pineapple
  • ¼ cup pineapple juice
  • ¼ cup cold water

Instructions
 

  • In a high-speed blender, combine the banana, frozen pineapple chunks. pineapple juice, and cold water.
  • Turn the blender on low speed, then gradually increase the speed to high.
  • If the mixture stops moving, stop the blender and scrape down the sides with a spatula. Blend again until thick and smooth.
  • Scoop into a bowl and add your favorite toppings!
