A quick 3-ingredient strawberry smoothie that’s all about the strawberry! It's refreshingly sweet and refined-sugar-free. Perfect for an afternoon pick-me-up or breakfast on-the-go!

Ingredients:

Navel orange

Frozen strawberries

Banana

In a high-speed blender, combine banana, frozen strawberries, fresh orange juice, and ½ cup of cold water.

Blend until smooth. Add two more tablespoons of cold water and blend just to thin it out.
